Does DigitalYes.com.au accept phone or email orders
All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are provided online -- no exceptions. We do not accept phone or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only.
We also accept orders made by fax (03) 9808 8746.
After I submit an order with DigitalYes.com.au, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
DigitalYes.com.au will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.
Do you have the item in stock?
Our website has up-to-date information displayed about our stock levels. This information is updated daily.
Can I pickup my order?
No, we do not offer pickup option and do not plan to have it in the near future. Digitalyes.com.au is an online only store, and thus we cannot offer pickups or cash sales.
Do you match competitor’s prices?
No, we do not. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible while still maintaining the highest level of service possible.
Are the advertised prices including GST?
Yes, all prices shown on our website include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
How do I calculate delivery for my order?
Freight charges are automatically calculated from the weight and postcode to be shipped to. Prices inc. GST. Delivery can be easily calculated using our Delivery Calculator.
Your shopping cart will have exactly the same rates. You can also click on 'Estimated Delivery Cost' link on every product page. The shipping weight will be automatically populated with weight value.
What is backorder?
Any items that are unavailable/not in stock with our supplier will be placed on back order, the remainder of your order will be part shipped - unless you would like to wait to receive everything in one go.Please login to your account for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
Your account will be charged for the entire order so that Digitalyes.com.au can reserve the product and price for you. If this is not acceptable you may cancel that portion of the order, and request an immediate refund.
Can you ship to a different address other than my billing?
Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address you can enter this information during checkout. Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
